Boudreaux's Louisiana Seafood
224 N 4th St, St Joseph, St. Joseph,
This review is on the new Boudreaux's in Leawood, KS, in the Mission Farms complex. I've been there three times now, a fair sampling. My first lunch, an oyster po'boy, was pretty good. While the oysters were overcooked, the remoulade made up for it. The baguette was good. All in all, a sandwich worth returning for. My next meal was the crawfish etouffee. I give it a "poor" rating. Very bland and watery. Last night, I had the crab stuffed red snapper. It was so overcooked, it was dry and tough. C'mon guys, we need a decent cajun restaurant south of Liberty. Jazz is worthless. Let's get our act together. Your patio overlooking the pond is a great place to have dinner. Now, make the food equally good.
